So I am going to give you some information on Doba.com I have been doing my home work and have noticed people complaining about this company. Yes it is a fraud company but not according to the law.

Here everything is spelled out. Really it is. Ok so I saw someone say that they did not see anywhere that it stated how doba determinants the trial... I have seen it. Here is the link to fees and cancellations: http://www.doba.com/site/fees.html Ok and it does state that they begin the first day on the day you sign up no matter the time it counts as a full day. It also states that you get a refund but you have to have at least placed one order a month or logged on four times a month. It clearly states this. The complant about having to use the account for a year min. You must have agreed to a year and not followed up on your part. All you have to do is buy something once a month for a few dollars and then you have met your part and thus you would have gotten a refund. Simple. Now on to the wholesale pricing. They do state it is resale. They also use the term wholesale pricing which is misleading. The link on the terms and conditions for the price list is for members only. This is not good and I would like to see what it will cost me in the long run. Doba will probably say it is a trade secrete or something of the sort. That is a good argument. Now someone was upset because they didn't want to have to call to conceal their account. The policy states "You may cancel your subscription to Doba during regular business hours, Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Mountain Time, by calling 877-321-DOBA. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month or year subscription periods. We reserve the right to terminate your account for any or no reason" This to me sounds very shady and would stop me in my tracks from working with this company due to the fact they can take my money shut me down 5 mins later and there is nothing I can do. I really wish people would do their home work and stop blaming others for being screwed. If people where not so lazy, these ripoff companies would not be in operation. Ok and on to the next part. Ok so someone said they didn't get to see what doba sells before paying... Well for one that would be illegal IF they did that to you but... They didn't. See they have to have a visible link to show what they are offering. If they didn't then people are just "slow" and decerve to get screwed if they pay money. Tho they don't have anything worth what they want to charge but they do show you. You just have to look. Ok so today's lesson. Get off your butt and do your home work. This took me 30 mins to find. If people would stop being so lazy and learn nothing worth anything comes easy then these ripoff companies would never stand a chance. You can't blame an evil man for being evil when you yourself allow it.
