This is regards to the cancellation and refund of my account; my reseller ID# is *hidden*. I contacted Doba on August 22 and spoke with one of Doba's representatives; by the name of MJ. While I was speaking with her I requested that she look at my account history and make sure that I was eligible for a full refund of $299.00; as long as I met Doba's terms and conditions of logging in Doba at least (4) times a month and did not recoup the membership fee I would be eligible for a full refund. MJ requested I call Doba back on October 7. Now I call Doba on October 4 and spoke with 2 other representatives from
Doba; either Jarine/Darine and Lisa
