I have the 10 year service schedule which I purchased last year. Part of what they claim when they sell you this is that parts that break in the future are sold to you with no labor or trip charge included in the price. I had my first inspection this year and they said I should replace the contactors for $235 or so each! There are two of them. Also a small compressor part in the main unit for $108. I opted for replacing the small part only as it was leaking oil, knowing that I was probably getting a bad deal. After the technician left I discovered from an internet search that they are marking up the price of the parts by a huge percentage. The contactors are $35 a piece and the compressor was $11. The contactors can be replaced easily which I am going to do so it will only cost me $70. This company should be investigated!
