Okay i am very very very very upset!!! In 2004 until now i purchased a netspend prepaid debit card i load money on the card and used it for several thing's they keep ripping me off on a charge that was placed at the hotel it has nothing to do with them taking my money off my card everytime i load my card they harrass me and say i can't get cash back charge only it's set as a gift card and that's not right they find excuses for me not to use my card and get cash back and they try to over charge me and hold my money for stuff i didn't do and that's wrong i loaded my card twice almost 1,000 450 plus 450 almost 1000 dollars and they want let me spend my money they keep telling me i'm set up as a limit use or some crap i feel like crying that's alot of money 450.00 at one time for them to keep taking from me at a time when i load it on my card it hurt me really really bad for some people to do this when you get transferred to the supervior's they tell you the same crap place you on hold for long periods at a time i can't take it no more they took my $450.00 i can't spend that i loaded to my card even if you yell at them or talk nice to they still don't change i am so so so so so upset and for the future reference people don't need to use ace cash or net spend shame on the!!!: (: (
