Person has been given scam artist money over thelast 5 yrs in the amount of approx.$500,000.00 being told that he would receive 90 million dollars in a suitcase / he is a senior citizen of 77yrs old / he i obsessed with sending money to Nigeria to these people and we can't get help stopping him/his wife 78yrs old is loosing her mind and can't control him/what can we do??? The scammers say that the 90million is in a Nigerian bank in a suitcase?! This sounds crazy but it's true HELP
