Pods is horrible! - pods delivery and customer service

I ordered my POD and thought it was the perfect solution to my moving problem. Unfortunately, they had to cancel because of a Blizzard we had in my area. They called the night before my move and gave me plenty of time to change my plans. I rescheduled it for a day after the original date. I got a call the night before giving me an ETA of 8am to 11am. I had hired movers and they were scheduled to come at 12:30pm to help me load my things from my one-bedroom apartment into the pod. I called PODS the morning of my pod delivery at 7am to double check everything with my order. The woman on the phone told me everything looked great! I receive a phone call at 9:45am. Great! I thought! They're here. Boy, was I wrong. The people from PODS called me to CANCEL and RESCHEDULE AT A TIME WHEN THE POD SHOULD HAVE ALREADY BEEN THERE OR BEEN ON ITS WAY!!! The man on the phone said it was because of "weather". However, it had not snowed since the morning before and the roads were the same exact way they had been the previous night and the same as they were when I called that morning at 7am. My question is, if the PODS opened at 7am, WHY WAS I RECEIVING A PHONE CALL CANCELING MY POD AT 9:45am??? Not only did I lose money from calling out of work, I also lost money from canceling my movers at the last minute. I will never use pods again! A company that is supposed to make it easier gave me a complete headache and i will never do business or refer business to them again!!!
