On June 10 I ordered the Genie Bra. I am a cancer patient. I have had surgery and am unable to wear a regular bra. After watching the program, my husband and I decided I should try it.
My husband took my measurement and called the company. They said I should wear a small. After waiting many weeks, they finally arrived. They were much too small, rolled up, hurt me to wear, etc. Finally, I was able to get a live person on the phone. They told me to call a special number and call back on a Wednesday. My daughter did this for me. We finally got permission to return those bras and receive some in a size medium. Those bras caused the same problems including a sore spot under my arm. My husband couldn't find the paper with the return information. Finally, my daughter found a number and was able to speak with a live person. I wanted to return the bras because they did everything they said they wouldn't and I couldn't wear them. They informed me that I had missed the 60 day return window by a few days and I couldn't return the bras for a refund.
