I ordered ugg boots on my debit card, went through the whole process and when it came to the end it did not go through, so i then got my mummys credit card and it went through fine on it. So after receiving my debot card statment £57 has been taken from my account, my mummys credit card statment has yet to arrive! What shall i do contact the bank???
