Logged onto bidrack site just to browse around. Did not intend to bid. Was asked some possibilities of bidding later. I said that might be an option. I was told they needed information for me to be able to bid at a later date. I gave the info that was request. No where was their a mention of a fee. Upon further inguiry, I realized that this site was scaming me. I called this site and requested a refund. They instructed me where to go and make a request. Also, they would e-mail me with further instruction adn a form I needed to fill out. Everthing I tried was futile. Got nothing from them. They disappered into cyplespace. Tried several more times to call a telep[hone that was listed... No response ever. Line is all ways busy.
