Not so much a scam by service magic, but i used a contractor for windows recommended by service magic.
Tried to rate the service of sure-lok homes on their site and they refused - they only want positive feedback from customers - do not want to own up to the fact that they will take any contractor willing to pay them for a recommendation. My advise to anyone who reads this 0 beware of service magic - they are only looking to make a busk on a referral. Not caring about the quality of the workmanship and not willing to post a bad review from a customer.
