The dispatcher asked me to take city trend load... It was a hot load meaning should have been delivered. I took the load and arrived on time... Broke seal and driver asst load... Felt pain in legs, back/shoulders afterwards... Reported it on august 15... To dispatcher and two days later filed worker comp claim with main office in az... This company has not sent me to the company doctor yet as of 09/07. Plus they has not paid me for driver asst load...
I have called the company many times and left messages and emails to dispatcher... Noone hasnt return either so i hired lawyer... The treatment is the same way... Not return the calls ect... Plus this company tried to payroll dedict money when i ran out of gas... The fuel gadge wasnt workng... They tow truck to dealership and just repaired the feul filter but didnt fixed fuel gadge...
This company dont care about drivers and look for ways to screw drivers and take money... Drivers please be aware... I was injury on august 15 and as of sept 7 havent been t company doctor yet... Knight refused to send me or give medical information to my lawyers... If there are any others drivers or employee from knight transportation - in the same boat. Please contact me
