I received an email about a month ago stating that my order was being shipped. I ignored the email because it did not have the right information. I recieved a package in the mail on Sept 6, so began to worry because I know I didnt order anything. I check my bank account and sure enough there was a charge. I call the 800 number, the person could not tell me how this company received my banking information and wanted me to give him the last four digits of my account. They assured me that my account would be refunded and the order would be cancelled. I discounted the call and started researching on the web and found this website. Hopefully this will help me get my money back.
