I purchased a set of under cover vizor lights for my vehicle about 8/5. I received the lights but had ordered the wrong size. I tried calling the company several times to let them know that I was returning the lights but never heard from them. I decided to return the light on 8/13 by US postal service and have a receipt showing that it was returned. About a week later I finally got ahold of someone and asked if they received the lights and they informed me that I sent it to the wrong address, which I sent it to the address that was on the package when it came to me. They said they use another address for returns which I did not know. I called the postal service and they did inform me that the package was still there and they are waiting for someome to pick it up. I called LED Outfitters again and told them the package was there and they said they would go and get it cause I could not have a refund just store credit once they received the lights. I called on 8/29 to place an order for my new lights and when I told them that I should have store credit they said it is not on my account yet cause he still did not go and pick up the lights. I called again on 9/2 and the same thing, he did not pick up the lights. Called again today 9/6 and still nothing because he said let me put you on hold while I look and the phone got disconnected. Tried calling back several times after and phone goes straight to voice mail now. Also I have sent several emails to the company as well and no response from them that way either.
