I thought i was signing up for a free laptop and do not know how i ended up with this. I thought that I had cancelled all of this and then I received a charge on my credit card for $60.00. Anything you can do to help would be appreceiated. I need this money credited back to my account as soon as possible. I am 81 years old and perhaps got confused on what I was doing. I need my money to get me through the rest of this moonth. Thank you.
