Egan with an unorthorized credit card entry - when I went to penitronhelp.com I was told by the switchboard operator that a glitz had happened to their computers and many mistakes had been made. And it should take about 7 to 10 working days to fix. Seems a long time to me. They must of had quite a few mistakes.
Just wait and see i suppose.
