Verizon took money out of our bank account to pay for another persons account who doesn't live with us and won't refund us our money. They won't take us off this account and will not help in any way, what a bad company and we have three cell phones with them, two personal, one business, and have always paid our own account on time and now they do this. Will be looking for a better trustworthy company.
