We ordered bath accessories in Dec and were told they were in stock. After many calls, were told the items would be shipped in late Jan. Cancelled the order and were able to replace the items within a week locally.in the meantime requested and waiting for refund since early January. This is calculated premeditated FRAUD. Nothing but aggravation and stall tactics. I wish we had read these reviews before ordering.
