After reading much of your responses, I considered this product quite a rip-off. I contacted the company and requested a confirmation number and told the order person that I was recording the conversation-which I was. When I inquired that this closes out my account and I in no way will be charged in the future, the tone of her voice was not reassuring. No need to cancel your credit care, just contact the credit card company and immediately change the number. It's inconvenient, but this company will no longer have access to your account.
