I ordered 3 Emery Cat Board refills. That was confirmed by them on my email. Paid by my Visa. They sent me another new platform w the sand paper piece in it. Neither were what we ordered. We have the platform already. We wanted the board refills because the cats wont use the type that was sent. All 3 cats went nuts w / the cardboard refills. Now we have 2 platforms (one w/no board and another with the refill that none will use. Emery sent no kind of paperwork with the order and no way to return the wrong stuff. I found no email addresses to address the problem w / them. We have been to 3 Target stores in 2 different counties to find these replacements. None are carrying this scratcher.
