I posted my house for sale on craiglist for $18,000 this included new furniture and all appliences. An invester offerd $4,500 less it was agreed with only washer& refrigerator included. Two weeks later i call title & escrow and they said my address was not under contract and do not know whats going on with Mr Kozerski. Called him no return calls Priviously Mr Kozerski called me and said other investers want to see how much work needs to be done I okay
Next thing he had 8 people with him showing my house for rent on his behalf and pocketbook
This investor has not paid me a dime for my house. Now he has it posted on craigslist for 20,000 for sale with my belongings included
