I got a call from Daniel Collins about being accepted for a $50,000 loan. I asked for the loan to help me and my partner get a surrogate to have a child. He talked to my partner and said he could up the loan to $82,000. The extra money was to help us pay off some credit card debt. They asked for a down payment of $2065 for each investor which I wired to them. They then said the insurance company for the investor needed three more collateral payments. Unfortunately, I sent them the three additional payments. They then told me a day later that the investors breached the contract and backed out of the loan. I asked for my money back ASAP as my step-kids tuition needed paid and he said sure I will send you part of the payment by 8/24. This was after I went to the local police to start a fraud report. Peter Clark yelled at me on the phone because I went and spoke to my local police department. I am going back next week to have the officer file a fraud complaint.
I have filed complaints with the DC & NH Attorney General Office and the Better Business Bureau. I am also considering filing a lawsuit for breach of contract with the courts. I was told I would have my money returned on 9/1 and of course I got no money.
I also told Peter and Daniel about what I saw online and they both said there is no way they are a fraud and no one has the right to complain unless they do not pass the credit report and then wonder where their money is.
