International Transfers, Inc
Consumer Report

I was contacted by International Transfers who stated they had a buyer for my timeshare. They mentioned selling it and I didn't need to spend any money for any listing fee as this wasn't the way they did business. They would overnight the documents to me and have me sign and send them back. Since I had previously sold another time share I felt reasonably comfortable with what they were telling me. I was told I would need to submit a fee to cover the legal work done to prepare the title, sometimes known as title insurance. When I questioned the amount, they told me it was based on a percentage of the sale price and everyone was legally covered by doing this. I was also told that the fee was refunded at a time 30 - 45 days after the sale. Anyways, the papers came, but there was no purchase and sale. I made several calls and at first was told the paperwork was in the process of being finalized. After the moddle of january I could no longer get any answer when I called. I was also told by another timeshare company that International transfers was a scam and actually was located in a different state than what they advertised. DO NOT FALL VIVTIM like I did.
