I signed a contract to get free of my Timeshare. It was stated in the contract that it was hassle free. It also stated that any fees I recieved after the contract would be taken care of be Direct Transfers.
Direct Transfers handed the contract to Preferred Transfers to complete the transaction
I was informed everything was complete as of July 1st 2011 by a Penny Weber.
I then recieved a Mainenance bill from the resort which I questioned with Direct & Preferred Transfers, once I could get hold of someone who had some kind of a clue.
I did everthing I was promted to do. Then the resort threatened to send my account to collections.
Direct & Preferred Transfers said they were doing everything but did nothing. I ended up having a title search done on the property gave the info to the Transfer Company & they will not admit they messed the whole thing up.
Loretta Bowlen will not engage in correct Customer Service assistance and their Staff Attorney, Katie Sonn cannot keep her word.
All the staff are Scammers of the highest degree and I would like my money back as I did all the work.
