I, too, was in what I thought was a bidding site and no money would be charged until I won a bid. But when the credit card statement came in, it had a $99 charge from BidRack. Nowhere was there a mention of a $99 membership fee. I won several bids and the charges for them were there also. It took two months to receive the items I had won and paid for.in the beginning there were some good items (cameras, tvs, etc.) but I never won those. Later there was only junky stuff to bid on, cheap watches, etc.
