Charged $125 Termination Fee Despite No-Term-Limit Advertising

Signed up for trying DSL since they advertise no term limits so now after several months I want out and they say there is a $125 penalty for termination. You can go out to their DSL ad and they still say no term limits. I will also complain to the FCC, imagine the control that they will exert if they get the ok for T-Mobile.
