An ad for Renew Cleanse popped up on another site. The claim from Renew Cleanse was a "Free trial offer" for shipping costs of $4.95. The blurb said try it for 14 days and refund would be issued if unsatisfactory. The bottle arrive about a month later with no invoice and no contact information. So how could anyone return it??? This is the second month since I filled in the form and have found that they have a policy of "negative billing" ie if you don't cancel you get the product every month and they charge your credit card (which was needed for the $4.95 "shipping charges") $79.95 each month unless or until you are able to make contact. The only information is a toll free # in small print on the bottle of capsules. Then the rep wouldn't listen and said I had subscribed by not telling them not to send any more. Just posting this to alert people not to fall for "free trial offers". Same thing happened with African Mango - the site the Renew Cleanse popped up on. They both charged full price for one month supply and claimed they had not been contacted within the period allowed for the "free trial" even though the product did not arrive until after that period had expired.
