After watching Opera (Dr. Oz) and it being on the news, my husband ordered a free trial of Total Cleanse only $5.95 for shipping. Only to be charged 78.94 instead of $5.95. Can't get ahold of them on the toll free number: 866-320-0038. They are counting from the day they ship so you don't evan have the product long enough to evaluate it before they have charged you and also charged you for the next bottle in the same month. We called when we noted the first charge for the product, when it was only supposed to be shipping charges. We also canceled any further shipments at that time, but they have no documentation of that. They were very defensive and went on about the 15 days terms and agreement. We did not have the product in hand fifteen days before the calls started. GIC won't talk to me because I didn't place the order. They make it difficult to contact them as the number on the shipping receipt is bogus! They refuse to refund and the second charge shows up and they play the same game.
