Ordered product, gave credit card info and "then" was given shipping charges amount of 19.95. The same amount of one can of flexseal. Usually you have the opportunity to confirm order but in this instance it automatically went through without my consent. I emailed immediately to say I was cancelling order and was told to get in touch with customer service which never answered. I called my credit card company, told them to block purchase and they were doing so. The box arrived this Monday and I called company to tell them I cancelled order and would not pay to send it back. I actually got someone on the phone and when I asked him why the shipping charges were so expensive he answered, " he did not know, maybe it contained hazardous material". Got email from flexseal after emailing them at customer service that I had to call customer service. Called and was put on hold due to heavy volume. (wonder why)... Going to report to Better Business Bureau. A real scam. Anita
