On this date the special value of the day was the HP Touchpad and on easy pay. I had been seeking to buy a touchpad, so I ordered one. On August 18 HP announced to the media that they were killing the Touchpad. This did not happen overnight. HP had Touchpads they needed to sell before the announcement and QVC agreed to assist them. I have been dealing with QVC almost from day one and I am surprised they would take part in a SCAM or fraudulant activity of this nature. Our home is also full of HP electronic equiptment. I am also surprised that HP would defraud their customers in this manner. HP Touchpads are now priced as low as $149.00 or less.
