Ordered on line free sample of coffee. Must of signed an agreement that specified the procedure but I didn't see that in contract but must of been there that I needed authroazation before I sent product back. I sent the packages back every month un opened. I finally found the number to call and cancel. They told me I didn't follow the required procedure so no credit on the packages I sent back. Wow out of the money and product. Is there anything I can do about this. Duped consume
