I signed up for free trial in April. I did not read the fine print that said they would start sending me product monthly and charge my credit card account. I tried to find a phone # to call and cancel but my computer skill is lousey and couldnt find a phone number to call. I sent back the product un-opened for 4 months. I just got a phone # and called to cancel and see that I was credited for the product I sent back. They told me I needed to call and get authorization # for every return before I sent it in subswquently they would not credit me and I loose. They see where I sent the product back but tough luck. Is there anything I can do about this?
