Ordered trial product. Began to regret decision, got online and started reading reviews. I was uphauled. Call SAME DAY to cancel order and specifically told them their website was deceiving and that I DID NOT want to be on a monthly mailing program. She gave the run around and told me that the product had been shipped. After 2 weeks, no product. Called again and complained and she told me she could not cancel order, because it had been shipped but couldn't tell me when. Gave it another week. Yesterday (9-15) got on the computer and read more horrifying reviews. Called immediately. Again the run around. I told her point blank that I didn't want anything to do with the product or the company and that I was going to block charges on my card, and report them to BBB. She didn't seem to care, just kept trying to sell me on the product. I have been charged the initial 4.95 and she said that I would have to send the product back, AT MY COST, to not be charged the 89.95 AFTER I told her I was blocking the charge. These people are serious scammers. And I am one of the unlucky ones to get scammed by them. Still haven't received product. The return authorization number is only good for 15 days, how can you return something YOU NEVER RECEIVED.
