I noticed an unauthorized charge for $30 on my account when I was checking on my bank account. I have called the number listed in my bank account and I canceled whatever membership it was they claimed I signed up for which I DID NOT!!! They said membership was canceled and my refund would be credited in 10-20 business days. 10-20 business days later, still no refund. Called them again and they said they would escalate it too some crap to their accounting department and that I would get an email in regards to the refund of my $30 within 48 hours. 48 hours later, still no email nor refund. Wtf!!!
