I tried to order the express redi goset electric pan. You only get a recording when ordering. I did not talk to a real person at all. The recording tries to sell you more than I wanted. When I received my order I got m ore than was advertised on tv and my bill was $124.56. I was to receive one express pan and one free one with 2 paym ents of $19.95. My total bill is net product $74.80, sales tax $8.96
