Ordered my redi set go by telephone, asks for credit card number up front. Hung up after I ordered when the computer started asking me if I wanted to purchase the cook books, I said no but the computer kept asking more questions so I hung up. Now being charged $14.95 each month for new books that I keep sending back but have not received my money back for yet I keep getting charged.
