I placed an order - nothing came up telling me that this is my order after I gave them my credit card order. Then I get the invoice that it came to $91.70.in my estimatiom - the bill should be $35.85. I immediately called the company and they said that they could not see my order for 24 - 48 hours. Their website also said that your credit card would not be charged until the item shipped. My card was charged the same day. Their website also says that the item could take 2 to 6 for shipping
This company was not open on Saturday - so when I call on Monday - they tell me that the order was already shipped. If I ask for a refund - I have to pay the $31.80 for processing fees.
