Received call from lady called Janet she said that because my sister and I had booked a holiday the previous January with them through teletext to benedorm. I was entitled to a week half price A/I in a five star hotel she said the RIO PARK HTL was available but I had to pay that evening. I asked who the flight was with and she said you travelled with Jet 2 last time it will probably be the same company. Eight days later I had not recieved the brochure I was to get in the post so I rang the number give to me by janet. The man I spoke too said it takes 8-10 days. Tha following day I received a letter asking me to sighn the credit card docket and a letter telling me I had a weeks accomodation reserved. I rang the telephone number again to inform them I was not happy and wanted a refund to which I was informed to write to the address on the letter I receive which I did also sending an E-Mail but as of today 26/8 I have had no response.
