Unauthorized use of my credit card, I think it was Terneckhelp.com, that is what was listed on my visa statement. Called the 800 number listed next to Terneckhelp on bank statement and they would not give me any info on the company, claimed that they were only a support group, but claim they will refund my 39.95 in 7-10 days, we will see! This is a scam!!!
