On august 22 i got a phone call from a guy that said his name was xanver cage from the department of crime and justtice he explained to me that i borrowed 300 dolars formm an online loan company and they now want payment for this. I have applied for online loans but i got denied for everyone of them i have never recieved 300 dollars from any online company. He threatened my life my job and a whole lot of other stuff. At the time i agreedd to pay him 218 dollars in two instalments until i found out this was a scam. He gave me a fax number and told me exactly what i should write to them word for word and when he would call me back. He then called me back on the 24th and i told him that i was not paying him anything and he refused to send me paperwork for anything that i have approved or how i got this loan and told me i would get it when he sent me a subpena and i went to court. He then called me back about ten mins later and ask for my fax number so that he could send me the legal charges and i refused to give it to him he has called me from two different numbers which are. 9142694450 and 9178282327 and the fax number that he give me was7602846406. I would like for this to stop and need to know what i need to do to get it to stop cause i am not paying for anything that i have not recieved.
