My boyfriend and I were sitting home a few days ago when my cell phone rang, my boyfriend answered the phone and when he couldn't understand the man on the other end of the line he hung up on him. The same number called back twice then finally left a message on my voice mail. I listen to the message and it was a man who couldn't hardly even speak english. He said his name was Christopher Alexander and that he was from the Lawfirm Of Crime Monitoring Center. Claiming that my boyfriend had taken out a payday loan from some company we've never even heard of and that my boyfriend was in big legal trouble. So I called the man back at the number he left (415) 200-0268,
I spoke to a receptionist who then transfered me to "Christopher Alexander". While speaking to him he advised me to give him my lawyers information because my boyfriend was being sued for not paying back some payday loan. He told me that I was also being sued because I was used as a reference for this loan. I refused to give him any information and told him that my boyfriend nor I had received any money. He got very loud and rude with me and told me I was just lying for my boyfriend. I asked him how my boyfriend was even approved for such a thing since my boyfriend has been out of work for the past 18 months. Then he said that he applied for the loan while he was still working and thats when I was used as a reference, but funny thing is my boyfriend and I have only been together for six months now! The man proceeded to recite my boyfriends full name, email address, home address, phone numbers, social security number and bank account number. Then he also recited all the same information about me. At that time I told him to send the papers and I'd see him in court, that's when he hung up on me.instantly I wasn't convinced that any of this was true so I googled his companies name and found this website with a similar report about the same company. Him and his company don't exist! I filed a police report and canceled both mine and my boyfriends bank accounts. So if anyone is every contacted by this company know it's a SCAM!
