I signed up for a 3 day trial of £2.99 after which i stopped using the site. I don't use my bank account much so i hadn't checked it lately but when i did i noticed i had been charged for the past 17 months at £24.99 a go. I never signed up for a direct debit payment, just the initial £2.99 one-off payment. They have offered me 3 months of payments in a refund and i have attempted to cancel an account i didn't even know i had signed up to.
