I recieved an email for a 5000 dollar personal loan. They faxed me a contract, which looked over signed and faxed back. I was to put up 900 dollars to secure an insurance policy in case i defaulted and didnt pay back the 5000 plus the 8% interest. I western unioned the 900 to spain at the cost of $68. Which was suppose to be deposited in my acct with the 5000 the next day. No money and i got a call saying they would need more money? That is when i requested a refund which they were to deposit in my acct on the 15 of aug. No money and there phone is no longer in service
