I can't say enough about John Ely, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I ordered my new chimney piping and fittings. He told me of the discounts offered, which pipe would be the best for my application, and what really impressed me was when it arrived at my house the next day! I have referred 2 other people to this company and they also have no problems and saved money. I will be needing a gas fireplace this fall, and I will be dealing with Hearthside.
