I received a phone call offering a Visa Gold card with a $3000 limit and an APR of 7%. They said the only fee was a "lifetime fee" of $299. They stated I should receive the card within 15-20 business days from the date my checking account was debited for the $299. I have never received the card, I phoned them and the phone number has been disconnected now. I did reach them on the phone earlier and was told that there had been a delay in processing and I should be receiving the card. I did try to email them through the email address I received from usacomplaints. Coms.com, but my email would not go through, because their email was over capacity. Imagine that!
