I recieved an email saying my payment was successful for some revesterol medication that I DID NOT authorize.
I called my bank to deny charges because the phone number listed on my statement wouldn't answer for 17minutes while i sat in "hold limbo"
My bank showed the charge & they also saw that a removal of the charge was pending already.
Today (08/23) i found a NEW charge from this same company on my credit card statement! This time it's for $41.15.
How did they obtain my CC#?
How do we prosecute them? I've submitted a complaint to the BBB
