I was hired by Rob Solomon in Dec to work for FW at Fry's Electronics in AZ. I worked 2 weekends at one store and was paid commission only. I was hired for hourly commission. I worked 2 weeks at another store and was not paid at all. I contacted FW several times in the following months-by email and telephone. I was told by Molly Pepper on Jan 28 that I was owed over $1500.00 and would be paid in two weeks. On Feb 22 she said she hoped to be getting a check out to me 'this week'.in a later phone call she stated that they would be 'in meetings this week to figure out how to pay everyone'. After that, my calls were transfered to a voice mail box and never returned. I still have not been paid.
