False Return Policy, Bad Customer Service

Please bear in mind whenever you purchace from Dooney & Bourke!!! I bought an attractive Dooney and Bourke black leather bag in September (approximately I believed) and since it was on sale at normal shop (no outlet) the revenue clerk placed it FINAL SALE. I expected her exactly what does which means that, she stated that I really couldnot return it towards the shop but that I could usually contact customer support if for almost any cause I had been disappointed using the item. I went home and also the following evening required it from the defensive carrier plus one captured my attention, a-2 inch slit/slice about the bottom-left hand-side was looking straight back at me. I had been so annoyed, named the shop plus they explained I had a need to deliver it set for repairs. To create a lengthy history brief the bag wasn't repairable. That will be what I did so... I am aware the first error I created wasn't evaluate the bag nevertheless when you purchase from the exclusive location similar to this, you don't consider studying the organization or examining the things.
