I purchased cyberlink powerdirctor 9 ultra64 for $94.95 aback-up disc for $10.00 with lifetime downloads for $8.50. Shipping and handling for the back-up disc was $18.49 which was outragious, that brought my total to $131.94. However, when I recieved my credit card statement I had been double billed for $94.95 and $8.50 which caused seven (7) checks to bounce. Now I am unable to get a live person to speak to. I want my overcharges back and some consideration for the overdraft charges at my institution.
