I bid on and won A 2010 chevy SS Camaro with a salvage title. Received very official documents but no signed paperwork or title as promised on Wednesday the 17th. Vehicle delivery did not take place as promised on Thursday 18th. Report to FBI and local law enforcement. I paid by wire transfer bank to bank. Car is now listed for bid on Copart VIN: 2g1fk1ej1a9212563. Not sure what copart's level of involvement is but there is a link from the website and ISA emails to the Copart site - put them on notice not to sell the vehicle and asked for contact info for the owner.
