I am now being harassed by this company concerning my home that I lost through forecolosure in 2009. They call daily demanding information to "verify" that I am the person who owned the property.
First off: I do not give out my personal information over the phone to anyone.
Secondly since they called me they must already have information (which they noo doubt bought from the mortgage company).
Thirdly: If I couldn't pay the mortgage then - why would I make an "arrangement" to pay for a property that someone else now owns? I lost all of my investment in the home, the updates and time and energy I put in to my home expecting it to carry me through till my end. This is an insult and ludacris that the banks got "bailed out of their toxic debt" and now these collection companies are allowed to harress people like this. They also want you to give them your information so they can "work out a debt solution" for you to pay this off! Are they kidding? The worst part of this is if some poor soul takes this on without fighting back they will actually be victimized by this "scheme".
Leave me alone already! I asked Eric who is the "manager" if he could get back the house for me and all the money I lost on the stock market, then we can work something out. He said, " I was being ridiculous" and with that I hung up.
